Ingredients
6 ounces egg noodles
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup beef broth
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
Cook noodles: Boil egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Brown beef: Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
Make roux: Melt butter in the same skillet. Whisk in flour and cook 2 minutes.
Add broth: Slowly whisk in beef broth until smooth and slightly thickened.
Add milk: Stir in milk and simmer until creamy and thick.
Season: Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Combine: Add beef and noodles back into the skillet and mix well.
