53g Protein Crustless Pizza Pie – A low-carb, protein-packed twist on classic pizza, loaded with cheese, marinara, and your favorite toppings!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni or preferred toppings

Instructions

  1. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, and marinara sauce in a mixing bowl. Whisk until creamy and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in shredded mozzarella, oregano, garlic powder, and chopped basil.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a pie pan or oven-safe skillet with olive oil.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Top with sliced pepperoni or your preferred toppings.
  5. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool 10 minutes.
