Ingredients
240 ml vanilla bean ice cream
240 ml cold apple cider or sparkling apple cider
Red apple slices for garnish
Cinnamon stick for garnish
Whole star anise for garnish
Cinnamon sugar for garnish
Instructions
Add vanilla bean ice cream to a tall glass, filling it about two-thirds full.
Gently pour chilled apple cider or sparkling cider over the ice cream, pouring slowly if using sparkling cider.
Top with red apple slices, a cinnamon stick, and whole star anise.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the glass.
Serve immediately and enjoy cold.
