Ingredients
2 croissants
1 medium apple, thinly sliced
Fresh arugula (optional)
115 g goat cheese, softened
15 ml honey
0.25 g ground cinnamon
Instructions
Set the oven to 175°C to prepare for warming the sandwiches.
Slice each croissant horizontally into two halves.
Combine goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon until smooth and well blended.
Spread cheese mixture on the bottom halves, layer apple slices on top, add arugula if desired, and cover with top halves.
Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and heat in oven for 5–7 minutes until warmed through.
Remove from oven and serve immediately while warm.
