Baked French Dip Biscuits

Golden-brown baked French dip biscuits filled with roast beef and melted provolone cheese, served with a side of warm au jus for dipping. Perfect for a comforting family meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 slices deli roast beef
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Separate biscuit dough into 8 biscuits and flatten each slightly.
  3. Place a slice of roast beef and provolone cheese on each biscuit. Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal.
  4. Place biscuits seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Brush over biscuits.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Heat beef broth in a saucepan until warm. Serve biscuits with au jus for dipping.

Notes

  • Use high-quality roast beef and cheese for best flavor.
  • Pinch dough tightly to keep filling inside.
