Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz (225g) elbow macaroni or pasta of choice
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup milk (low-fat preferred)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
  3. Add cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, and BBQ sauce to the skillet. Mix until cheese melts and everything is well combined.
  4. Cook an additional 2–3 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
