Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1.5 oz pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes to create a dry seasoning blend.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, marinara sauce, diced bell pepper, and pepperoni. Add the seasoning blend and stir until evenly distributed. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe bowl. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly on top and add a few extra pepperoni slices.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
