3/4 cup cold buttermilk
1 lb beef sausage
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 large eggs, scrambled
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
Instructions
Prepare Biscuit Dough: Preheat oven to 425°F. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until coarse crumbs. Stir in cold buttermilk until dough forms. Pat into rectangle, cut into rounds/squares, place on parchment-lined sheet, and bake 12-15 minutes.
Make Sausage Gravy: Cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Sprinkle flour, stir to coat. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble Breakfast Pizza: Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange biscuits on greased pizza pan. Spoon sausage gravy over biscuits. Top with shredded cheddar, scrambled eggs, green onions, and bell peppers.
