Cheeseburger Eggrolls are crispy, cheesy, and packed with juicy ground beef flavor—perfect as a snack, appetizer, or fun dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Place a spoonful of beef mixture onto each egg roll wrapper. Roll tightly and seal edges with a little water.
  6. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet. Fry eggrolls 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Let the filling cool slightly to prevent tearing wrappers.
  • Use a slotted spoon to remove eggrolls from hot oil for less grease.
  • Serve immediately for maximum crispiness.
