Tender, flaky biscuits stuffed with savory seasoned beef and gooey melted cheese, baked to golden perfection. Perfect for any craving!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook 1-2 more minutes.
  4. Allow beef mixture to cool slightly. In a bowl, combine with cheddar, cream cheese, and Parmesan.
  5. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small disc. Spoon beef-cheese mixture onto each.
  6. Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool a few minutes before serving.
