Ingredients
1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
6 tbsp pasta or marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
About 12 slices pepperoni
Dried oregano, for optional garnish
Olive oil, for optional brushing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll pizza dough and slice into 6 equal squares.
On one half of each square, add 1 tbsp pasta sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella, and top with 2 pepperoni slices.
Fold each square diagonally into a triangle and press edges with a fork to seal.
Optionally, brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and extra cheese.
Bake 10–13 minutes until puffed, golden, and cheese is bubbling.
Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with warm pasta sauce or ranch for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or Italian seasoning inside the pockets.
