Chicken Alfredo Flatbread – Creamy, cheesy, and perfectly savory, featuring tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and melted mozzarella on a crisp flatbread.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or naan (or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. If using raw chicken, cook in a skillet with garlic powder and Italian seasoning until done. If pre-cooked, toss in seasoning and set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over flatbread. Top with chicken and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese melts, becomes bubbly, and slightly golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

  • Add vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, or roasted red peppers for extra flavor.
  • For a crispier crust, bake directly on the oven rack for the last 2 minutes.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge 2–3 days; reheat gently.
