Christmas Tree Cake Truffles are festive no-bake truffles made from Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, rolled into balls, dipped in white chocolate, and decorated with sprinkles and colorful drizzles.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 cakes, unwrapped)
  • 8 ounces white chocolate or white candy melts
  • 3 tablespoons festive sprinkles
  • 3 tablespoons red candy melts (optional, for drizzling)
  • Green sanding sugar, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Place unwrapped Christmas Tree Cakes into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Use a handheld mixer to blend the cakes into a uniform, crumbly dough. Mix in the festive sprinkles.
  3. Scoop the dough using a tablespoon and roll into balls. Set onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle in the melted white chocolate, allow excess to drip off, and return to the baking sheet.
  6. Melt the red candy melts in a piping or zip-top bag using 30-second microwave intervals.
  7. Snip the tip and drizzle over truffles. Add green sanding sugar. Chill until set.

Notes

  • Mix cakes thoroughly for the best texture.
  • Use different sprinkle colors for different holidays.
  • Refrigerate to allow chocolate to harden properly.
