Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought is fine)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (can substitute with ricotta)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (low-fat optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
