A simple and flavorful pasta dish featuring bowtie pasta, juicy chicken, tender broccoli, and a zesty cowboy butter lemon sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bowtie pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in broccoli and sauté until tender.
  6. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  7. Combine cooked pasta with the chicken and broccoli mixture.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
