Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
¼ cup green onions, chopped
4 large flour tortillas
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Shred cooked chicken if not already done.
Combine chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, ranch seasoning, bacon, and green onions in a large bowl until well mixed.
Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the mixture in the center. Roll tightly, folding in sides to enclose filling. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
Optionally, wrap rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels, arrange on a platter, and garnish with parsley if desired.
