Cranberry Pepper Jelly Pinwheels are a creamy and colorful snack made with a blend of cream cheese, cranberry pepper jelly, fresh vegetables, and rolled up in a tortilla for convenient bite-sized treats.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry pepper jelly
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, cranberry pepper jelly, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture, leaving ½ inch at the edges.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and top with a few spinach leaves.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Remove wrap, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels, and arrange on a serving platter.

Notes
