Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cranberry pepper jelly
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, cranberry pepper jelly, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
Lay one tortilla flat and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture, leaving ½ inch at the edges.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and top with a few spinach leaves.
Roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Remove wrap, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels, and arrange on a serving platter.
