- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining butter and garlic to skillet. Sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and cook 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
