Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Breast is a rich and flavorful skillet dish with tender chicken smothered in a velvety garlic-Parmesan cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add remaining butter and garlic to skillet. Sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and cook 2–3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

  • Serve with pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best creamy texture.
