Mini King Cake Bites are festive treats with cinnamon sweetness and colorful sprinkles, perfect for gatherings or parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls (or pastry dough)
  • 6 teaspoons cinnamon sugar (3 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon)
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Colored decorating sugars (purple, green, yellow) or sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two mini muffin tins with baking spray.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls and pinch diagonal perforations to make 4 rectangles.
  3. Sprinkle 1.5 tsp cinnamon sugar over each rectangle.
  4. Roll each rectangle from the long side and cut into 7 equal pieces.
  5. Place 2 pieces in each muffin cup and bake 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool, then transfer to wire rack.
  7. Make glaze: whisk confectioners’ sugar, water, and vanilla extract.
  8. Drizzle glaze over cooled bites and sprinkle with colored sugars before serving.

Notes

  • Best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for 1–2 days.
