Energizing Banana Oatmeal Bars – healthy, simple, and delicious bars perfect for breakfast, snack, or on-the-go energy!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas (about 1 ½ cups mashed)
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  4. Stir in oats and baking powder until evenly incorporated.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars and enjoy!

Notes
