A sweet and festive peppermint dessert dip, perfect for holiday gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 7-ounce jar marshmallow fluff
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip or similar whipped topping, defrosted
  • 1 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
  • Red gel food dye
  • Candy canes, finely crushed for topping

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Add marshmallow fluff, whipped topping, and peppermint extract; mix until airy and combined.
  3. Drizzle 5–6 drops of red gel food dye across mixture and gently fold for swirls.
  4. Scrape bowl sides, cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.

Notes

  • Pairs well with chocolate graham crackers, Oreos, or fresh fruit.
  • Do not overmix after adding whipped topping to keep it airy.
  • Add more peppermint extract for stronger flavor.
