- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 7-ounce jar marshmallow fluff
- 8 ounces Cool Whip or similar whipped topping, defrosted

- Red gel food dye
- Candy canes, finely crushed for topping
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Add marshmallow fluff, whipped topping, and peppermint extract; mix until airy and combined.
- Drizzle 5–6 drops of red gel food dye across mixture and gently fold for swirls.
