Quick and cheesy French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups are a savory, comfort-food twist on classic French dip sandwiches, served with a flavorful au jus for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Au Jus:
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and evenly distribute roast beef and cheese across each tortilla.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom up, folding in sides to keep filling secure.
  4. Brush rolled tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. For the au jus, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
  7. Slice rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces and serve warm with au jus.
