Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package biscuit or pizza dough
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, season with salt and pepper, stir in garlic, and cook until fragrant. Let cool slightly.
Mix cooled beef with shredded cheddar cheese.
Roll out dough and cut into 3-inch squares.
Place a spoonful of beef and cheese mixture onto each square.
Fold and pinch dough to seal, forming a smooth ball.
Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
Notes
Use garlic powder in addition to fresh garlic for extra flavor.
Can also fill with mozzarella or pepper jack for a twist.
