High-Protein Honey Garlic Butter Chicken with Mac & Cheese is a creamy and comforting meal, combining tender chicken in a honey garlic butter sauce with cheesy macaroni for a protein-packed dish perfect for weeknights.
Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook 5–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
Add garlic to the skillet, sauté 1 minute. Stir in honey and remaining butter, coat chicken in the sauce.
In a saucepan, combine milk and cheddar cheese over medium heat. Stir until smooth. Add mustard powder if using. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in cooked macaroni.
