Delicious Honey Garlic Mississippi Lil’ Smokies served in crispy mini phyllo pastry cups, perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) Lil’ Smokies sausages
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package (12 count) mini phyllo pastry cups
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, and black pepper in a saucepan. Heat 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Add Lil’ Smokies and stir to coat. Cook 5-7 minutes to absorb flavors.
  4. Arrange mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon sausages into each cup, drizzle extra glaze.
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes until cups are golden and crispy.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
