Hot Honey Feta Chicken is a perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors. Tender chicken breasts are topped with crumbled feta and a spicy honey sauce for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together honey, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mixture over them, coating evenly.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly on top of the chicken.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
