Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour hot honey mixture over them.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta evenly over the chicken.
  5. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake 10-15 more minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is golden.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
