Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
8 oz medium pasta shells
1 cup heavy cream
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups low-sodium beef broth
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add chopped onion and garlic to the beef. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Add cooked pasta shells to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through and coated with the creamy sauce.
Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese.
