Ingredients

  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 6 oz salami, diced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine tortellini, salami, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, and basil.
