A hearty one-pan keto meal with savory ground beef, tender broccoli, and melted cheddar in a creamy sauce—perfect for low-carb lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook 3 minutes until onion is translucent.
  3. Add broccoli florets and stir to combine.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
  5. Cover and cook 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Reduce heat to low; pour in heavy cream and stir gently to combine.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover and cook 2–3 minutes until melted.
  8. If using, stir in Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes.
  9. Serve hot directly from the skillet.

  • Great for meal prep; keeps in fridge up to 3 days.
  • Substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • Adjust spice with more or less red pepper flakes.
  • Top with fresh herbs like parsley or chives for extra flavor.
