A creamy, cheesy, and irresistible chicken casserole topped with buttery Ritz crackers—perfect for comforting family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4½ cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 5 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add chopped cooked chicken to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
