A comforting one-pan meal featuring juicy chicken breasts cooked with buttered noodles and garlic, perfect for a simple weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked through.
  3. Add egg noodles and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
  4. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes until noodles are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of cream or sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
