A creamy one-pot pasta with ground beef, garlic, and butter, perfect for an easy and hearty dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups milk or heavy cream
  • 12 oz (340g) pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in beef broth and milk. Stir to combine.
  5. Add uncooked pasta and Italian seasoning. Bring to a gentle boil.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid thickens (about 12–15 minutes).
  7. Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use any pasta shape you prefer. Rotini or penne work best for holding the creamy sauce.
  • Add extra Parmesan on top for more cheesiness.
