Tender chicken coated in a silky garlic-Parmesan sauce paired with golden, cheesy potatoes. High-protein, comforting, and perfect for healthy dinners.

Ingredients

Savory Chicken Seasoning

  • 800g chicken breast, diced
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Crispy Potato Base

  • 800g raw potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tsp each: salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, paprika
  • Optional: light coating of olive oil or cooking spray

Creamy Garlic Cheese Sauce

  • 120ml milk of your choice
  • 100g light cream cheese
  • 40g finely grated Parmesan
  • 50g shredded mozzarella or reduced-fat cheese
  • Extra salt, garlic, or herbs to taste
  • Fresh parsley for finishing

Instructions

  1. Toss cubed potatoes with seasoning and cook until golden and crispy.
  2. Heat pan over medium heat, cook seasoned chicken 5–6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Reduce heat. Pour in milk and stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Fold crispy potatoes into the creamy chicken mixture. Scatter mozzarella, cover, and heat 4–5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Air fryer: 200°C / 400°F for 18–20 minutes
  • Oven: 200°C / 400°F for 20–23 minutes
  • Reduce heat before adding dairy to keep sauce smooth.
  • Stir patiently until cream cheese melts fully for velvety texture.
  • Light spray of oil prevents potatoes from drying out.
