Family-friendly Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs with a savory, thick gravy. Perfect served over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs (about 30–35)
  • 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp cold water
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Pour mixture over meatballs, cover, and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch and cold water to make a slurry and stir into the gravy to thicken.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired, over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sear meatballs before placing in slow cooker.
  • Adjust gravy thickness by adding more or less cornstarch slurry.
  • Leftovers store well in the fridge for 2–3 days.
