Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps – Tender chicken coated in sticky-sweet chili sauce, wrapped with fresh veggies in a warm tortilla. Perfect for a quick, flavor-packed lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts (grilled, baked, or shredded rotisserie)
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cucumber, sliced thin
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • Optional: shredded cheese, avocado slices, fresh herbs (cilantro, mint, or basil), squeeze of lime
  • Olive oil, salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with oil until golden and fully cooked (165°F).
  2. Let chicken rest 5 minutes, then slice thin against the grain.
  3. Toss sliced chicken with sweet chili sauce until coated.
  4. Slice cucumber, bell pepper, and carrot into thin strips.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10–15 seconds.
  6. Assemble wraps with chicken, veggies, and optional extras.
  7. Fold in sides, roll tightly, and cut diagonally. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for ease.
  • Warm tortillas to prevent cracking.
  • Adjust spice by adding sriracha or chili flakes.
