Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup pepperoni slices or diced veggies (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay a tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce, leaving a small border around edges.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and add pepperoni or diced veggies. Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
Roll the tortilla tightly into a log and brush lightly with melted butter.
Slice into 1–2 inch pieces and place cut-side down on baking sheet. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden.
Remove and cool slightly. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping. Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes for crispier finish.
Notes
