These simple cottage cheese tots are golden, crispy, and packed with flavor! Perfect for dipping and sharing with friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and panko breadcrumbs until mixture is firm enough to shape. Add more breadcrumbs if needed.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and shape into tots. Place on baking sheet. Repeat until all mixture is used.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Pair with ketchup, ranch, or spicy sriracha mayo.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, or shredded cheese for extra flavor.
  • Can be made ahead and stored in fridge; reheat in oven to restore crispiness.
