Ingredients
2–3 chicken breasts or chicken tenders
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1–2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp rice vinegar
Slider buns
Lettuce and pickles (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions
Slice chicken into slider-sized pieces if needed.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
Fry chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels.
Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar to make sauce.
Place lettuce and pickles on slider buns.
Add crispy chicken and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
Top with bun and serve immediately.
Notes
Air fryer can be used instead of frying for a lighter version.
