This Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole delivers all the classic flavors with none of the fuss. Creamy pasta, tender chicken, Swiss cheese, and a golden crunchy topping make the perfect comfort dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cavatappi pasta
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz each)
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, diced
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.
  3. Mix cream of chicken soup, half & half, Dijon mustard, parsley, seasoned salt, and pepper.
  4. Add pasta, chicken, and Swiss cheese; stir until combined.
  5. Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Sprinkle topping evenly over casserole.
  8. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Rest a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use Gruyère instead of Swiss for a richer flavor.
  • Rotisserie chicken saves prep time.
  • Add extra parsley before serving for freshness.
