Ingredients
1 lb cavatappi pasta
2 cans cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz each)
2 cups half & half
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups rotisserie chicken, diced
1 tbsp melted butter
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.
Mix cream of chicken soup, half & half, Dijon mustard, parsley, seasoned salt, and pepper.
Add pasta, chicken, and Swiss cheese; stir until combined.
Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and Parmesan cheese.
