Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minced (divided)
¼ cup heavy cream (divided)
1 tablespoon butter
2 packs ramen noodles
1 green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)
Instructions
Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken and marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Slice and set aside.
Make creamy garlic sauce: melt butter, sauté garlic, add ¼ cup cream, stir until slightly thickened. Set aside.
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make broth: sauté garlic in sesame oil, add chicken broth, soy sauce, and remaining cream. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
Assemble bowls: add noodles, pour broth over, top with chicken slices.
Drizzle creamy garlic sauce on top.
Garnish with green onions and chili oil. Serve hot.
