  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (divided)

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)

Instructions

  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Slice and set aside.
  3. Make creamy garlic sauce: melt butter, sauté garlic, add ¼ cup cream, stir until slightly thickened. Set aside.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Make broth: sauté garlic in sesame oil, add chicken broth, soy sauce, and remaining cream. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
  6. Assemble bowls: add noodles, pour broth over, top with chicken slices.
  7. Drizzle creamy garlic sauce on top.
  8. Garnish with green onions and chili oil. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust chili oil to control spice level.
  • You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu.
