This high-protein honey garlic shrimp is a quick, flavorful, and healthy skillet recipe made with a sticky garlic glaze and tender shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes until pink.
  5. Add sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Simmer 3–5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
