Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and egg until smooth.
  2. Fold in the crumbled sausage and maple syrup.
  3. If desired, add shredded cheese to the mixture.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
