A simple and comforting One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles made with tender chicken breasts, egg noodles, garlic butter, and fresh parsley for an easy family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season and sear chicken in butter until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add egg noodles and simmer until tender, about 8–10 minutes.
  5. Stir in remaining butter until melted and creamy.
  6. Finish with parsley, salt, and pepper before serving.
