A rich and creamy One-Pot Cajun Sausage Pasta loaded with smoky sausage, tender pasta, and a spicy Cajun cream sauce for a quick comfort meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté sausage, onion, and bell pepper until browned.
  3. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, broth, cream, and seasonings; bring to boil.
  5. Add pasta and simmer until tender, stirring occasionally.
