Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix chicken, vegetables, soup, spices, and broth in a bowl.
  3. Spread filling into a baking dish.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and butter until crumbly.
  5. Add cheddar, garlic powder, and milk to form biscuit dough.
  6. Drop biscuit dough over filling evenly.
  7. Bake 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
