This spicy Southern cheesy chicken spaghetti casserole is creamy, bold, and comforting. Packed with tender chicken, spicy seasoning, and melted cheddar cheese.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.
Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked, then shred.
Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, bell peppers, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and half of the cheese.
Mix until everything is well combined.
Transfer mixture into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with green onions and serve.
