Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles are a savory-sweet stir-fry dish made with tender chicken, egg noodles, vegetables, and a rich garlic-soy honey sauce.

Ingredients

  • Main Ingredients:
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes in a bowl to create the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned and fully cooked (5–7 minutes).
  4. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-frying for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Pour in sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Add noodles and toss until fully coated.
  8. Finish with sesame oil, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Add more vegetables like carrots or snap peas for extra crunch.
  • Use shrimp or tofu instead of chicken for variation.
  • Adjust sweetness by reducing honey.
