Ingredients
8 ounces egg noodles or rice noodles
1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup beef broth
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (optional garnish)
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Add beef and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Stir-fry beef in a single layer for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic and ginger in the same pan for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add beef broth and return beef to the skillet. Simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Add noodles and toss until fully coated in sauce.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately while hot and sticky.
